复方溃疡灵治疗胃溃疡的实验研究

目的　探讨复方溃疡灵治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法　采用大鼠醋酸型胃溃疡模型和幽门结扎法造模,观察大鼠胃液量及总酸度、1h总酸排除量,采用Mett法测定胃蛋白酶含量,以溃疡最长径和最短径的均值表示胃溃疡指数,采用放免法测定胃泌素及肿瘤坏死因子含量。结果　复方溃疡灵能降低胃液总酸度,抑制胃液的分泌,降低溃疡指数,抑制胃蛋白酶的活性,升高血中肿瘤坏死因子的作用。但对胃液pH值、血清胃泌素升高的作用与空白组相比较无显著差异;结论　复方溃疡灵能增强胃粘膜分泌胃液的功能,降低胃酸度并抑制胃蛋白酶活性。

The Experiment Research of Compound Ulcer Medicament Treating the Gastric Ulcer

Objective To study the curative effects of compound ulcer medicament treating the gastric ulcer.Methods the rat gastric ulcer model was made by acetic acid or pylorus ligature. The volume of gastric juice, total acidity, one hour excretion of hydrochloric acid was recorded. the pepsin was measured by Mett methods and the TNF was measured by radioimmunoassay.The ulcer index was the mean value of minimum and maximum width of the ulcer.Results the compound ulcer medicament can lower total acidity and ulcer index and inhibit secretion of gastric juice a the compound ulcer medicament nd pepsin activity while raise the serum TNF.But there was no significant difference of gastric juice pH and gastrin between the compound ulcer medicament group and control group.Conclusion the compound ulcer medicament has the curative effects through lowering total acidity and inhibiting pepsin activity.
