基于3D打印技术新型金属镂空式种植外科导板的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨基于3D打印技术制作的新型金属镂空式种植外科导板在种植手术中的效果及其精确性。方法牙缺失患者23例,利用新型金属镂空式种植外科导板辅助植入52枚种植体,观测其种植体颈部偏移距离(植入位点)和种植体1年存活率。结果48枚种植体进入预定位置,仅4枚种植体颈部出现偏移,偏移范围在2 mm内,颈部偏移的平均距离为(1.08±0.24) mm。所有种植体均顺利修复。种植体1年存活率为100%。结论新型金属镂空式种植外科导板辅助植入技术具有操作简便、术中冷却效果良好和手术视野开阔等优点,且精确度较高。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical application and accuracy of a new type metal pierced surgical template based on 3D printing technology . Methods With the assistant of the new metal pierced surgical template technology we implanted a total of 52 implants on the chosen 23 patients who have missing teeth and evaluated the accuracy as well as the implants′ survival rate for 1 year . Results In the cases mentioned above, 48 implants remain in the predetermined positions (error at entry point≤1.5 mm), while the rest 4 implants′ errors at entry point preponderate were over 1 .5 mm. All the implants′ offset were within the range of 2 mm , the aveage of the error at the entry point was (1.08± 0.24) mm. All implants were successful. And the survival rate was 100% in 1 year. Conclusion The new type metal pierced surgical template has advantages such as: easy to use, well cooling and a good surgical vision and the high accuracy.
