MTSS1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制因子1(MTSS1)基因的表达与结直肠癌生物学行为及预后之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学的方法分析MTSS1蛋白在60例结直肠癌患者组织,以及60例同一患者癌旁10cm正常黏膜组织标本中的表达情况,并应用SPSS13.0软件对实验数据进行统计学分析,MTSS1在癌旁正常黏膜和结直肠癌组织中的表达采用卡方检验四格表,MTSS1蛋白的表达与结直肠癌患者临床病理参数的数据采用RxC表的x2检验,校正使用Fisher确切概率法,以P〈0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果MTSS1在癌旁10cm正常黏膜和结直肠癌组织中的表达率分别为:100%(60/60)和28.3%(17/60),在结直肠癌组织中的表达显著低于癌旁10em正常黏膜,其差异有显著统计学意义x2=67.013,P〈O.01);MTSS1的表达与性别、年龄、病灶位置、癌组织大体分型和远处转移等因素均无明显关系钟=0.134、0.019、0.002、0.334、1.433、P〉0.05);MTSS1表达下调与结直肠癌浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移以及Dukes分期等因素相关(x2=9.520、13.849、7.171、8.026、P〈0.05)。结论MTSS1蛋白异常表达可能在结直肠癌的发生发展及其浸润转移中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of MTSS1 with biological behavior of eoloreetal cancer and prognosis. Methods MTSS1 expression was detected in 60 cases of eoloreetal cancer tissue and 60 eases of normal mucosa 10 em adjacent to the carcinoma using the immunohistochemieal method. SPSS 13.0 software was employed for data analysis. MTSS1 expression in the adjacent normal mucosa and colorectal cancer tissues was detected using a fourfold table, but MTSS1 expression and clinicopathological parameters were assessed using the R x C table and the chi-square test. Calibration used Fisher' s exact test ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Results The expression rates of MTSS1 in normal mucosa and eoloreetal cancer were 100% (60/60) and 28.3% (17/60) respectively. There was a significant difference in MTSS1 expression rates between colorectal cancer and normal mueosa ( P 〈 0.01 ). MTSS1 expression was not related to gender, age, lesion location, cancerous tissue and distant metastasis (X2 = 0. 134, 0. 019, 0. 002, 0. 334, 1. 433, P 〉 0. 05 ). Decreased MTSS1 expression was associated with the depth of colorectal cancer infiltration, the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging (X2 = 9. 520, 13. 849, 7. 171, 8. 026, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Abnormal MTSSlexpression might play an important role in genesis, progression and metastasis of eolorectal carcinoma.
