腹腔镜在原发性腹膜后肿瘤切除术中的临床应用

目的：探讨在腹腔镜下行原发性腹膜后肿瘤切除手术的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2007年6月至2012年12月，武汉市第一医院行腹腔镜腹膜后肿瘤切除术23例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者手术均顺利完成，2例中转开放手术。手术时间平均为130 min，术中失血平均110 ml，术后住院时间平均5 d，无术后严重并发症。随访6∽22个月，无复发。结论腹腔镜腹膜后肿瘤切除术具有微创、安全、有效等优点，尤其是对体积较小或囊性为主的良性腹膜后肿瘤有明显优势。

Clinical experience of laparoscopy for primary retroperitoneal tumor

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of laparoscopic resection surgery for primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods Between June 2007 and December 201 2, 23 cases of retroperitoneal tumor who performed laparoscopic resection operation in Wuhan First Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results 21 of them were completed successfully,two was converted laparotomy. The results showed mean surgery time of 1 30 minutes,average blood loss of 1 1 0 ml.The mean duration of postoperative hospitalization was 5 days without seriously complications.All cases were followed up for 6 to 22 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusion Laparoscopic retroperitoneal tumor resection is minor invasive,safe and effective,particularly, having obvious advantages for smaller or cystic benign retroperitoneal tumors.
