| 摘 要： | 目的观察连续给予益心酮胶囊对大鼠产生的毒性反应及严重程度。方法250,500,1 000 mg/kg益心酮胶囊连续灌胃给药3个月,停药后继续观察2周,测试大鼠体重、血液学,血液生化学、脏器系数及病理组织学变化。结果益心酮胶囊3个剂量组与对照组比较无明显的毒性。结论益心酮胶囊在上述剂量下连续服用3个月是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the longterm toxicity of Yixintong capsules on rats to provide some data for its clinical use.Methods80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group were given Yixintong capsules intragastrically in dose of 0,250,500,1 000mg/kg for 3 months.Half of the animals were killed immediately after last dose,and another half of rats were observed for 2 weeks after medicine withdraw.Parameters examined included general condition,body weight,food intake,blood cell,blood biochemistry,organ index,and histopathological exmination.ResultsThe AST significantly decreased in high dose group after medicine withdraw,but it could recover 2 weeks later.Other parameters showed no changes compared with control.ConclusionYixintong Capsules should be safe in its clinical use with the recommended dosage. |
