婴儿抚触防治低出生体重儿呼吸暂停的临床观察

[目的 ]探讨婴儿抚触对低出生体重儿呼吸暂停的防治作用。 [方法 ]选择2 0 0 2年 7月— 2 0 0 3年 6月住院的 63例低出生体重儿作为观察组 ,在常规治疗的基础上早期选择性实施抚触按摩。将 2 0 0 1年 7月— 2 0 0 2年 6月住院的 61例低出生体重儿作为对照组 ,给予常规护理。 [结果 ]抚触组 63例低出生体重儿仅 2例发生呼吸暂停 (3 .1% ) ,低于对照组呼吸暂停的发生 (3 1.1% ,P <0 .0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]在条件许可的情况下 ,对低出生体重儿早期实施婴儿抚触 ,能有效防止呼吸暂停的发生。

Clinical observation on infantile touching to prevent and treat low birth weight newborns with apnea

Objective: to probe into the effect of infantile touching to prevent and treat low birth weight newborns with apnea. Method: a total of 63 low birth weight newborns hospitalized from July 2002 to June 2003 as test group were given selective touching in early stage besides their routine treatment. Another 61 case of low birth weight neonates admitted from July 2001 to June 2002 as control group were just given routine care. Result: only 2 cases of test group had developed apnea accounted for 3.1%. The incidence of apnea of test group was lower than that of 31.1% in control group (P <0.005). Conclusion: under proper conditions,to carry out infantile touching in early stage for low birth weight newborns could prevent them from developing apnea effectively.
