| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实时超声造影（CEUS）在诊断肝内小结节样（≤3cm）病灶中的应用价值。方法对238例患者（共357枚病灶）应用低机械指数超声造影，分析造影模式。所有病灶均进行增强CT或增强核磁或病理检查。并将超声造影诊断结果与临床最终诊断进行比较。结果全部357枚病灶中，经低机械指数超声造影诊断肝血管瘤14枚、硬化结节42枚、炎性坏死7枚。肝细胞肝癌236枚、胆管细胞癌7枚、肝转移癌22枚、诊断不明1枚、考虑恶性病变28枚。良、恶性病灶的超声造影增强模式差异有显著性（X2检验，P〈0．05）。超声造影诊断良性病灶的准确率为87．5％，诊断恶性病灶的准确率为96.8％。结论应用低机械指数实时超声造影在肝脏小结节样病灶的临床诊断及治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) for focal liver lesions(FLL)which was smaller than 3 cm.Methods Two hundred and thirty eight patients(357 lesions) were examined with contrast-enhanced US(CEUS),and their characterization were analyzed.These lesions also were examined with contrast-enhanced CT,contrast-enhanced MRI and pathology.The final diagnosis based on the combined information of all imaging examinations,clinical information and pathology was used.... |
