手术室护士工作压力与职业倦怠的调查分析与对策

目的了解手术室护士的压力源和职业倦怠状况，采取有效的方法和措施，保障、促进手术室护士身心健康，从而提高护理服务质量。方法采用护士工作压力源量表、工作倦怠量表（MBI）对阜阳市221名手术室护士进行调查和分析，发放问卷时先向调查对象详细阐述调查目的、意义和填写方法，使其自愿参加并充分理解，并要求所有被试者根据其实际情况作答，量表由调查对象独立完成，被调查者采取无记名填写，统一回收，问卷收回时进行审核、补漏。结果手术室护士有很大的工作压力，压力源主要表现在担心医疗差错、工作环境、工作量和工作时间等方面；中度、重度情绪疲惫感人数比例明显高于常模（P〈0．01）。结论手术室护士的工作压力及心身健康不容忽视，应采取行之有效的应对措施进行干预，确保护理队伍健康发展。

Survey on Work Pressure and Job Burnout of Operating Room Nurses and Possible Solution
