| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非脱垂子宫腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术（LAVH）和阴式全子宫切除术（TVH）的临床比较。方法回顾性分析马鞍山市妇幼保健医院2008年1月-2011年4月间行全子宫切除术的100例患者的临床资料，其中LAVH组50例，TVH组50例，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院天数及费用。结果两组手术均获成功，两组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院天数差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），住院费用TVH组明显低于LAVH组（P〈0．05），手术时间TVH组低于LAVH组（P〈0．05）。结论两种术式均有创伤小、恢复快等微创手术优点，但各有其特点和适应证，应根据患者具体情况慎重选择手术方式。
