2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关危险因素分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的发病危险因素。方法选择2009年12月-2012年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者112例,分为糖尿病无视网膜病变（NDR）组52例和DR组60例,进行血压、血脂、血糖等指标的检测,分析两组患者间病程、血压、血脂、血糖等与视网膜病变的相关性。结果DR组患者年龄、病程及血压、血脂、血糖水平高于NDR组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,DR的发生与血糖水平[OR=I．490,95％CI（1．123,1．976）,P=-0．006]及病程[OR=2．207,95％CI（1．579,3．085）,P=-0．000]相关联。结论DR的发生是多因素共同作用的结果,高血糖和病程较长可能是DR的危险因素,积极地控制血糖有利于DR的防治。

Analysis of Risk Factors for Retinopathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the risk factors for retinopathy in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetes treated between December 2009 and December 2012 were divided into two groups. Fifty-two patients had no diabetic retinopathy （NDR group） and 60 had diabetic retinopathy （DR group）. Blood pressure, blood lipids, and blood glucose were detected to analyze the correlation of retinopathy with disease course, blood pressure, blood lipid, and blood sugar. Results Disease course was longer and blood glucose level was higher in DR group than in NDR group （P 〈 0.05）. Logistic regression analysis results showed that the incidence of retinopathy was correlated with blood glucose [OR=1.490, 95% CI （1.123, 1.976）, P=0.006] and disease course [OR=2.207, 95% CI （1.579, 3.085）, P=0.000]. Conclusion Blood glucose and disease course may be the risk factors for DR. Active control of the blood glucose can be benefit for the prevention and treatment of DR.
