艾滋病中医病因、病机、病性、病位相关文献分析

目的：从中医文献中分析艾滋病的中医病因、病机、病性及病位，以期能更好地指导临床。方法：采用频数统计方法,检索 1981年至2012年中国期刊网（CNKI）数字图书馆中有关中医艾滋病病因、病机、病性及病位的相关理论和临床研究文献资 料,并进行分析。结果：疫毒、湿、热、瘀血、痰饮是艾滋病的常见病因；正气虚弱，元气损伤，肺脾肾三脏亏虚为艾滋病的常见病 机；气虚、火热、湿、疫毒为常见的病理性质；艾滋病发病常侵袭五脏六腑,其中以肾、脾、肺最为多见。结论：艾滋病病因病机病 性病位尚未达成共识，有待统一和规范。

Pertinent Literature Analysis of Etiological Factor,Pathogenesis, Nature of Disease and Disease Location of AIDS

Objective：To analyze the etiolo~cal factor, pathogenesis, nature of disease and disease location of AIDS in TCM literature for better clinical guidance. Methods：Retrieve the related theory and clinical research literature of the etiological faetor, pathogenesis, dis- ease nature and disease location of AIDS using frequeney statistics method from 1981 to 2012 in China journal network（CNKI） of the digital library. Results ： Epidemic pathagenie factor, dampness, heat, blood stasis and phlegm retention are common causes of HIV/ AIDS. Deficiency of vital Qi, vigour damage and lung, spleen and kidney deficiency are common pathogenesis of HIV/AIDS. Qi deficien- cy, hot, wet and epidemic spoiling diseases are common pathological properties. AIDS often hits viscera and six hollow organs especially kidney, spleen and lung. Conclusion ： The etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS have yet to reach a consensus and need further unification and specifications.
