武汉市学龄儿童行为问题及影响因素研究

目的调查武汉市学龄儿童行为问题的特征及影响因素,为开展儿童行为问题的预防提供理论基础。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表（CBCL）和家庭学校环境一般情况调查表,对武汉市城区3所小学、2所中学共1735名6岁～16岁儿童进行行为问题现状的调查研究。结果6岁～11岁儿童问题检出率为14.6%;男生问题检出率为17.8%,女生问题检出率为11.1%,差异显著。12岁～16岁儿童问题检出率为12.2%;男生问题检出率为9.4%,女生问题检出率为14.8%,差异显著。儿童行为问题的主要影响因素包括个人因素、学校环境和家庭因素。结论学龄儿童行为问题的发生是多种因素作用的结果,应该采取综合的干预措施。

A Study on the Behavior Problem of School-age Children in Wuhan City and Its Influential Factors

Objectives To study the behavioral problem and its influential factors of school-age children in Wuhan city.Methods The present status of behavior problem was investigated among 1735 children aged 6~16 in 3 elementary schools and 2 middle schools in Wuhan city with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) and Questionnaire of Family and School Environment.Results The rate of behavior problem of the 6~11 age group was 14.6%,and that of boys and girls were 17.8% and 11.1% respectively.So,there was significant difference between different genders.The rate of behavior problem of the 12~16 age group was 12.2%,and that of boys and girls were 9.4% and 14.8% respectively with significant gender difference.The influential factors included individual,school and family ones.Conclusions The behavior problem of school age children in Wuhan city was caused by multiple factors.Combined measures should be taken to prevent them from behavior problems.
