滇黄精与易混品轮叶黄精的比较鉴别

【目的】建立鉴别百合科黄精属植物滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.)及易混品轮叶黄精[Polygonatum verticillatum(L.)All.]的方法。【方法】采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别等方法对2种黄精属植物特征进行比较。【结果】二者在植物形态、药材性状、显微特征及化学大类成分方面均有差异,尤其可通过药材性状中根茎形状、断面特征,显微特征中根茎横切面皮层所占比例及维管束分布情况等作为鉴别要点进行区分。【结论】所得结果可作为二者的鉴别方法,亦为二者的深入研究和开发利用提供一定的理论依据。

Comparative Identification of Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsley and Its Adulterants Polygonatum verticillatum(L.) All.

Objective To establish the methods for the identification of Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. and its adulterants Polygonatum verticillatum(L.) All., the genus Polygonatum of the family Liliaceae. Methods Original botany identification, morphological identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification were separately conducted to identify the two Polygonatum plants. Results Differences were present in the macroscopic features, properties of the medical materials, microscopic characters and main chemical components of the two Polygonatum plants, especially in the key identification characters like the appearance and section character of the rhizomes, and the proportion of cortex in the rhizome cross section as well as the distribution of vascular bundles in the microscopic characters. Conclusion The results obtained in the study would be used as the methods for the identification of Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. and its adulterants Polygonatum verticillatum(L.) All., and will provide evidence for their further study, development and utilization.
