原奶中氨基糖苷类抗生素残留快速检测试纸条的研制

目的:研究开发用于现场检测原奶样本中氨基糖苷类残留的快速检测试剂条。方法:采用胶体金免疫层析技术,通过利用不同缓冲体系和添加不同表面活性剂处理过的样品垫进行实验,研制出适合于现场检测原奶中氨基糖苷类快速检测的试纸条。结果:成功制备出原奶中氨基糖苷类抗生素残留快速检测试纸条,庆大霉素检测条和卡那霉素检测条的检测灵敏度为100 ng/ml、链霉素和双氢链霉素检测条的检测灵敏度为200 ng/ml。结论:该试纸条操作简便、快速、检测灵敏度高,并采用消线法进行结果判定,实验结果一目了然,可作为氨基糖苷类药物在原奶中残留检测的有效筛检手段。

Study on rapid test method for aminoglycoside residues in raw milk

Objective:A rapid test strip for field test of aminoglycoside antibiotics residues in raw milk has been established.Methods:Based on colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay,the sample pads were treated with different buffer systems and different surfactants,then the treated pads were used in the experiment to develop rapid field test kit of aminoglycoside.Results:The test strips were made successfully,the sensitivity of gentamicin and kanamycin were both 100 ng/ml,and the sensitivity of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin were 200 ng/ml.Conclusion:As a rapid,convenient and sensitive detection method,the experimental results can be fully understood at a glance,so it can be taken as an effective screening tool for detecting aminoglycoside residues in raw milk.
