针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征131例

目的:观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征的疗效及其相关因素.方法:将131例单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前及治疗3个月后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、经前期紧张综合征症状积分的变化及影响其变化的相关因素.结果:针灸治疗3个月后,总有效率为87.8％.针灸对单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征具有良好的疗效,轻度肥胖、中度肥胖疗效优于重度肥胖;年龄轻者优于长者;病程短者优于病程长者.结论:针灸对单纯性肥胖症并发经前期紧张综合征具有良好的治疗效果,同时具有减肥和改善经前期紧张综合征症状的效果,其效果与肥胖度、年龄和病程有关.

Acupuncture Treatment for Simple Obesity with Premenstrual Tension Syndrome:Clinical Observation of 131 Cases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and its affecting factors of acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with simple obesity with premenstrual tension syndrome.Methods:Totally 131 patients with simple obesity complicated with hypertension,according to the fundamental Chinese medicine treatment,received combination therapy of auricular and body acupuncture.Symptoms,physical signs,obesity indexs,premenstrual tension syndrome’s clinical symptom indexes and its affecting factors in the patients were observed before and after three months treatment.Results:After three months treatment,total effective rate in the simple obesity with premenstrual tension syndrome was 87.8%.Results:Acupuncture therapy was an effective method for obesity disease with premenstrual tension syndrome.For mild and moderate obesity it was more effective than for severe obesity,and effect of younger was better than the elderly.Shorter duration was more effective than the longer.Conclusion:Acupuncture has both weight-reducing and reducible clinical symptom indexes of premenstrual tension syndrome effects for obesity disease with premenstrual tension syndrome.The effect is associated with adiposity,age and disease progression.
