柴胡温胆汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝50例临床观察

目的：观察柴胡温胆汤对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的治疗作用。方法：将100例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,治疗组予以柴胡温胆汤治疗;对照组予以多烯磷酯酰胆碱胶囊治疗。两组治疗3个月及6个月后观察患者的肝功能（ALT、AST、GGT）、血脂（TCH、TG）、B超和临床症状积分。结果：治疗后,两组患者的ALT、AST、GGT、TCH、TG水平及B超积分均较前降低（P〈0.05）,除肝功能（ALT、AST、GGT）外,治疗组下降较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。临床症状积分,治疗组较前有明显下降（P〈0.05）,对照组无明显差异性（P〉0.05）。结论：柴胡温胆汤能有效治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者。

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of NAFLD with the Chaihu Wendan decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the Chaihu Wendan decoction in treating NAFLD.Methods: 100 cases were divided into the treated group and the control group.The treated group was given the Chaihu Wendan decoction and the control group was given the polyene phosphatidylinositol choline capsules.3 months and 6 months after treatment,liver function(ALT,AST and GGT),blood lipids(TCH,TG),B-ultrasound and clinical symptom score in patients were observed.Results: After treatment,the two groups of patients with ALT,AST,GGT,TCH,the level of TG and B-ultrasound points decreased(P<0.05),in addition to liver function(ALT,AST,and GGT),the treated group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the treated group decreased significantly(P<0.05),which of the control group no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The Chaihu Wendan decoction was effective in treating NAFLD.
