摘    要:教育部普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估,给学校的进一步发展和建设提供了难得的机遇。通过评估,学校建立了良好的自我约束与监控机制,改善了教学条件,提高了师资队伍整体素质,建立了保障人才培养质量的长效机制,使教学工作驶入一个可持续发展的和谐运行轨道。

Abstract:The undergraduate teaching assessment of general higher education institutions by Ministry of Education has given higher education institutions a rare opportunity for further development.Through the assessment,the university has established an effective self-control and monitoring mechanism,improved teaching conditions and the overall quality of the teaching staff,and set up a longterm mechanism to guarantee the quality of training talents,all of which have facilitated teaching into a path of sustainable and harmonious operation.
