| 摘 要： | 教育部普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估，给学校的进一步发展和建设提供了难得的机遇。通过评估，学校建立了良好的自我约束与监控机制，改善了教学条件，提高了师资队伍整体素质，建立了保障人才培养质量的长效机制，使教学工作驶入一个可持续发展的和谐运行轨道。

| Abstract: | The undergraduate teaching assessment of general higher education institutions by Ministry of Education has given higher education institutions a rare opportunity for further development.Through the assessment,the university has established an effective self-control and monitoring mechanism,improved teaching conditions and the overall quality of the teaching staff,and set up a longterm mechanism to guarantee the quality of training talents,all of which have facilitated teaching into a path of sustainable and harmonious operation. |
