不同治法防治激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的实验研究

目的 比较不同治法对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的防治效果。方法 实验动物激素造模，分别喂服活血化瘀、渗湿化痰和补肾壮骨中药或自来水，6周处死取材，通过组织病理学、骨生化、血液生化及流变学等指标的观测，进行分析比较。结果 活血化瘀中药可抑制激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发生和发展，较渗湿化痰和补肾壮骨中药的作用全面、显著。结论 活血化瘀中药可对抗激素的作用，有效防治股骨头的坏死。

Comparative study of different methods for the treatment of glucocorticoid induced necrosis of the femoral head

Objective: To compare the different methods for the treatment and prevention of glucocorticoid induced necrosis of the femoral head Methods: The animal models produced with hydroxy prednisone were divided into four groups randomly.The herb medicine of activating blood removing stasis,dissipating dampness expelling phlegm,reinforcing kidney strengthen bone,as well as water were given to the above four groups of animal models separately.All the rabbits were sacrificed at 6 weeks after commencement of the experiment.The bone histo morphologic,biochemical examinations,blood biochemical and hemorheology indications were performed in the study. Results:The drugs of activating blood removing stasis was effective in preventing occurrence and development of glucocorticoid induced necrosis of femoral head,and the effect was better than that of the drugs of dissipating dampness expelling phlegm and reinforcing kidney strengthen bone. Conclusion:The drugs of activating blood removing stasis are effective in confronting side effects of glucocorticoid,as well as preventing and treating necrosis of femoral head.
