加替沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床疗效比较

目的: 评价加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法: 56例病人随机分为治疗组28例,加替沙星0.4 g静滴qd;对照组28例,左氧氟沙星0.4 g静滴qd;疗程均为7～14 d.结果: 加替沙星组和左氧氟沙星组的总有效率分别93%和90%,细菌清除率为88%和88%;不良反应发生率均为7%.两组比较无显著性差异.结论: 加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切,安全性好.

Clininal Comparision of Gatifloxacin vs Levofloxacin in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Method: 56 patients were divided into two groups, 28 patients in therapeutic group were given gatifloxacin 0.4 g, ivd qd for 7-14 d, and 28 patients in controlled group received levofloxacin 0.4 g, ivd qd for 7-14 d.Result: The total effective rates of gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group were 93% and 90%, respectively; the bacterial clearance rates were 90% and 90%, respectively; adverse reactions occurring rates were 7% and 7%, respectively.Conclusion: Gatifloxacin is a safe and potent antibacterial agent in the treatment of the lower respiratory tract infections.
