膜式液基细胞学(TCT)检测联合阴道镜活检筛查宫颈病变结果分析

摘    要:目的:评价液基薄层细胞学检查(Thinprep cytologic test,TCT)联合阴道镜及活组织检查在子宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:采用阴道镜、细胞学与活组织检查相结合的方法,对子宫颈病变进行诊断,以组织病理学诊断为标准,对结果进行分析。结果:516例在子宫颈TCT涂片中发现,未明确诊断意义的不典型鳞状细胞、低级别鳞状上皮内病变、高级别鳞状上皮内病变和良性反应性改变中有少量细胞增生者,在阴道镜指引下行子宫颈活检,炎性反应285例,占55.2%;子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ)142例,CINⅡ43例,CINⅢ44例,早期浸润癌2例。结论:细胞学联合阴道镜及活组织检查能及早发现癌前病变和子宫颈癌。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of thin prep cytologic test (TCT) combined colposcopy with biopsy in cervical carcinoma investigation.Method To applicate the methods which TCT combined colposcope with biopsy in cervical lesion diagnosis,and analyze the results by pathological diagnosis.Results For 516 cases were detected as atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance(ASCUS) ,low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL) ,high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) and benign changes with a bit cell hyperplasia in TCT,and these cases were biopsied under colposcope.For 285 cases were detected accompanied with inflammation,the positive rate was 55.2% ;142 cases were detected with CINⅠ;43 cases were detected with CINⅡ;44 cases were detected with CINⅢ;2 cases were detected with the forepart of soakage carcinoma.Conclusion The examination of TCT combined colposcope with pathological biopsy is as soon as possible in detecting the cervical procarcinoma and carcinoma.
