| 摘 要： | 目的总结补片不固定完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术（non-stapling totally extra peritoneal prosthesis,n-TEP）的临床应用体会。方法采集2008年12月-2009年10月南京医科大学附属南京市第一医院在全麻下行n-TEP治疗的19例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果手术时间60～155min,术中出血10～50ml,术后阴囊及皮下气肿2例,术后3～5d出院。随访3～12个月,无复发。结论 n-TEP手术安全、可靠,并发症少。
