“房室不节”所致肾虚证动物模型造模方法探讨

目的：探讨单纯房室不节动物模型的造模方法。方法：以李震创立的“劳倦过度，房室不节”肾虚模型作为对照，分别设立4周、8周、12周3个“房室不节”造模组进行造模，比较各组的精子活动率和计数，精子畸形率，母鼠怀孕胚胎数；睾丸的脏器称重及病理改变、睾丸乳酸脱氢酶X同功酶（LDH—x）相对活性。结果：“劳倦过度，房室不节”组精子活动率和密度、精子畸形率、母鼠怀孕胚胎数、睾丸重量及系数、LDH—X相对活性与空白对照组比较，有统计学意义；“房室不节”4周组、8周组试验参数接近空白对照组，12周组接近“劳倦过度，房室不节”组。结论：单独使用“房室不节”方法进行12周造模。能有效建立“房室不节”致肾虚证“肾主生殖”功能虚损雄性小鼠模型。
