血管外科手术病人健康教育需求调查

目的了解血管外科手术病人对健康教育的需求，为高质量健康教育提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法，对血管外科81例手术病人进行调查。结果病人在疾病知识方面，最关心治疗方法和并发症：术前最关注手术效果（77．8％）和手术方式（72．8％）；术后最需要了解并发症的预防（74．1％）及功能锻炼（72．8％）等知识；出院前关注的是复查的时间和方法（86．4％）、功能锻炼以及病情变化的处理（79．0％）。医生是病人最希望的健康教育人员（58．0％）；床旁个体指导是病人最易接受的教育方式（84．0％）。结论在开展健康教育时，要针对病人对健康教育知识需求的特点，有针对性地进行宣教。

Demand for Health Education of Patients with Vascular Surgery

[Objective]To understand the demand for health education of patients with vascular surgery, and provide evidence for high-quality health education. [ Methods] Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate 81 patients performed vascular surgery. [ Results] The patients concerned mostly about the treatment methods and complications on disease knowledge： most concerned about surgical results 177.8% ） and operation mode （ 72.8% ） before operation ; after operation, patients needed understanding of complications prevention（74.1% ） ,functional training knowledge {72.8% ）and so on; before discharged the follow up＇s timing and methods （ 86.4% ） , functional training, as well as treatment on the changes of disease （79.0% ） were concerned most; doctors were considered as the most trusted health education officers by patients; individual guidance besides patients＇bed was most receptive educational method to the patients （ 84.0% ）. [ Conclusion ] Health education should be carried out according to the requirement of patients.
