| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大肠癌肝转移的临床病理学特点。方法：按照有无肝转移，将633例大肠癌分为两组，分析其与临床病理学诸因素的关系。结果：肝转移率为5．53％。大肠癌浸润肠壁深度、组织学类型、大体分型、静脉受侵、淋巴结转移及侵犯肠管周径与肝转移的发生有显著关系；而与年龄、性别及部位无明显关系。结论：大肠癌肝转移的发生与病理学诸因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study clinicopathologic characteristics of colorectal cancer hepatic metastasis.Methods:633 cases with colorectal cancer were divided into two groups and many factors of clinicopathologe were analyzed according to whether there is hepatic metastasis or not.Results:The rate of hepatic metastasis is 5 53% in the report . The colorectal cancer depth of invasion, histologic type, general type,lymphatic and venous involvement were significantly related to hepatic metastasis,not related to age,sex and site of the cancer.Conclusion:Hepatic metastasis of colorectal cancer is related to many pathologic factors. |
