摘    要:目的:探讨缺血预处理对心肌细胞的保护作用。方法:在体大鼠心肌细胞缺血/复灌模型中,观察缺血预处理对心肌细胞再次长时间缺氧/复氧或缺血/复灌损伤的保护作用(LDH释放,MDA,SOD的含量和心肌梗死范围及心律失常等)。结果;在体大鼠心肌缺血预处理组梗死范围和血清LDH较缺血复灌组减少(P<0.01),预处理组MDA较缺血复灌组也显著降低(P<0.01)。而且无论是再次的缺血还是复灌期室性心律失常的发生率预处理组明显低于非预处理组(P<0.01)。结论:缺血预处理可以减少再次长时间的缺血/复灌对心肌的损伤。

Abstract:ve To investigate the effects of ischemic preconditioning on cardiomyocytes. Methods In situ rat hearts, the present study observes the effects of preconditioning (PC) on ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury on cardiomyocytes. The infarct size, LDH release and the content of MDA were measured. Results In situ rat hearts, ischemic PC decreased the injuries to cardiac myocytes. The plasma LDH levels, tissue MDA contents, the infarct sizes and arrhythmia during occlusion or reperfusion were greatly decreased in preconditioned myocardium after a long time (I/R) than those in the unpreconditioning( P < 0.01) . Conclusion PC can obviously protect ischemia/reperfusion injured in situ rat heart.
