高血压病伴高尿酸患病率与性别、年龄及血压相关性分析

目的探讨深圳市南山区高血压病居民血尿酸（Serum uric acid,SUA）水平及高尿酸血症（High uric acid,HUA）患病率与性别、年龄及血压的关系。方法依托南山区脑卒中高危人群社区综合防治项目,选取2009～2010年进行体检的高血压人群作为研究对象,分析其不同年龄、性别及血压值的血尿酸水平和HUA患病率。血尿酸检测采用生化酶法。结果血尿酸水平：男性（378.34±94.17）μmol/L,女性（309.23±93.33）μmol/L（P〈0.05）;血尿酸患病率：总人群28.67%,男性31.08%,女性26.09%,且女性UA水平随年龄增长而升高（P〈0.05）,而HUA患病率均随年龄增长依次为16.18%、21.81%和35.36%（P〈0.01）;UA水平随血压级别升高而呈上升趋势。结论高血压人群UA水平随血压级别升高而呈上升趋势,女性组的血尿酸水平及其患病率与年龄呈正相关。

Correlation of incidence of hyperuricemia in hypertension patients with gender and,age and blood pressure

Objective To investigate the serum uric aci（SUA）levels in patients with EH in Nanshan Distict of Shenzhen and to investigate the risk factors associated with the prevalence of prevalence of hyperuricemia in different groups.Methods Totally 1 765 hypertension outpatients attended at Shenzhen Nanshan Distict Center for Chronic Disease Control and Prevention from 2009 to 2010 were sampled.The serum uric acid level and hyperuricemia prevalence in different age and gender groups were analyzed by using biochemical enzymatic assay.SUA levels were measured and the results were analysed statistically by using SPSS13.0.Results The serum uric acid level in male patients was（378.34±94.17umol/l）significantly higher than that offemale patients（309.23±93.33umol/l,P0.05）.The prevalence of hyperuricemia in 1 765 hypertension patients was 28.67%.SUA levels and prevalence of hyper-uricemia were also significantly increased with increase of ages in female patients.Furthermore,SUA level increased with increase of blood pressure.Conclusions The prevalence of hyperuricemia showed an ascending trend along with the increase of blood pressure in hypertension patients complicated with hyperuriceia.SUA level and the prevalence of hyperuricemia were positively correlated with ages of female patients.
