廊坊市香河县中小型企业苯职业危害调查

目的了解香河县中小型企业职业卫生经费投入、劳动者职业卫生技术服务享受、劳动者健康状况及作业场所苯暴露水平,评估企业苯职业危害现状及职防工作水平。方法对香河县245家中小企业职业卫生投入开展问卷调查,对1 521名接害劳动者进行职业卫生服务享受问卷调查和职业健康体检,抽取39家企业进行作业场所苯浓度检测,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果每位劳动者平均享有757.8元职业卫生费用,245家企业职业卫生总经费237.2万,占全年总产值的0.6%。1 521名工人中,参加岗前职业卫生与安全防护知识培训的有457人（30.0%）;参加过岗前体检的有128人（8.4%）;接受定期职业健康检查的有809人（53.2%）。白细胞低于正常84人（5.5%）,不同性别、不同工龄劳动者白细胞低下率差别均无统计意义（P〉0.05）。90个采样点中,苯含量超标26个（28.9%）。结论香河县中小企业职业卫生投入较低,为劳动者提供的职业卫生服务不到位,部分劳动者健康已受到损害,企业苯职业危害较严重,职业病防治工作亟待加强。

Survey of occupational hazard of benzene in medium and small-sized enterprises in Xianghe County of Langfang District

Objective To understand the occupational health in medium and small-sized enterprises in Xianghe county in Langfang,Methods Questionnaire survey of occupational health of 1 521 workers in 245 medium and small-sized enterprises in Xianghe county was conducted.Then concentration of benzene in the workers of 39 out of the 245 enterprises were tested.Results The occupational health cost was 7.578 yuan per person.Of the 1 521 workers 457were accepted preworking training on safety and occupational health,accounted for 30.0%,128 workers accepted pre working health-checkup,accounted for 8.4% and 809workers enjoyed regular occupational health checkup（53.2%）.The WBC count of 84workers was lower than normal（5.5%）and the benzene concentration in 26 out of the 90 sampling sites exceeded the national standard（28.9%.Conclusions The occupational health conditions in medium and small-sized enterprises in Xianghe county of Langfang was not satisfactory to have affected the health of the workers and thus effective measures be taken to enhance the occupational service level in the medium and small sized enterprises in Xianghe county of Langfang city.
