内科治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的探讨观察四联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法选取从2010年5月至2011年5月在本院经胃镜活检确诊的120例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机平均原则分成对照组与治疗组。治疗组给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮、胶体果胶铋干混悬剂联合治疗;对照组给予奥美拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林三联疗法治疗。疗程为1周。观察治疗后两组患者的HP根治率、总有效率以及不良反应发生率。所有有效病例均随访一年。结果治疗组和对照组的HP根治率、总有效率、不良反应发生率以及一年复发率分别为90%、98%、10%、1.67%和76.67%、85%、16.67%、6.67%,经χ2检验比较两组HP根治率、总有效率、不良反应发生率以及一年复发率,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮、胶体果胶铋干混悬剂四联疗法治疗胃溃疡比经典三联疗法治疗的临床疗效显著。HP根治率和总有效率高,疗程短,发生不良反应少,安全性高,一年复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

The effect of the treatment of medical on gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of quadruple therapy to treat gastric ulcer and medication safety. Methods From may 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital diagnosed by gastroscope biopsy for hospital treatment of 120 cases of gastric ulcer patients as a study,the stochastic average principle is divided into control group and treatment group. Treatment group was given omeprazole,levofloxacin,furazolidone,potassium,with combined treatment; Control group was given omeprazole,metronidazole,amoxicillin,triple therapy treatment. Treatment for one week. Observe two groups of patients after treatment of HP eradicate rate,total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions. All cases were followed up for one year. Results Treatment group and control group in the HP eradicate rate,total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and one year recurrence rate was 90%,98%,10%,1.67% and 76.67%,85%,16.67%,6.67%,form the χ2 test to compare two groups of HP eradicate rate,total effective rate,incidence of adverse reaction and recurrence one year difference has statistical significance （P 0.05）. Conclusion It suggested that Omeprazole,levofloxacin,furazolidone,bismuth potassium citrate quadruple therapy to treat gastric ulcer than classical triple therapy treatment clinical curative effect is remarkable. Hp high cure rate and total effective rate,short course,less adverse reactions,high security,a year recurrence rate is low,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
