纳米银抗菌凝胶剂的毒理学评价

摘    要:目的观察纳米银抗菌凝胶剂的毒副作用,进行安全性评价。方法采用动物试验方法,对该纳米银抗菌凝胶进行了口服毒性和皮肤黏膜刺激性试验。结果纳米银抗菌凝胶剂对小鼠经口急性毒性试验LD505000mg/kg(体重)。该抗菌凝胶对家兔皮肤刺激和皮肤变态反应的刺激指数均为0,显示无刺激性和无致敏性;对家兔阴道黏膜刺激为极轻刺激性。该抗菌凝胶对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果阴性,无致微核作用。结论该纳米银抗菌凝胶剂属实际无毒物,无致突变作用;对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对黏膜具极轻刺激性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate toxic effects of antimicrobial gel incorporated with silver nanoparticles. Methods The animal test were adopted to examine oral toxity and dermal irritation of the antimicrobial gel. Results The mouse acute oral toxicity test for this gel showed that the oral LD50 >5000 mg/kg·bw. The antimicrobial gel had no irritating and allergenic effect on animal skin. It did not induce micro-nucleus formation in polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow while A slight stimulus was observed in rabbit vaginal mucosa test. Conclusion The antimicrobial gel of silver nanoparticles belongs to actually non-toxic class,has no mutagenic effect,no irritation on rabbit skin and a slight stimulus to vaginal mucosa.
