羟基喜树碱联合5-FU/CF治疗晚期大肠癌临床观察

目的　观察应用羟基喜树碱联合治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法　 72例晚期大肠癌随机分为两组 ,一组为治疗组 :10 羟基喜树碱 (Hydroxycamptothecin ,HCPT)联合 5 FU/CF ;另一组为对照组 :5 FU/CF。 结果　治疗组有效率5 2 .8% ,对照组有效率 30 .6 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。毒副反应主要是恶心、呕吐及白细胞减少 ,但大多限于Ⅰ～Ⅱ度 ,两组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　HCPT联合 5 FU/CF治疗晚期大肠癌有效而安全

Clinical observation on advanced colorectal cancer patients treated with hydroxycamptothecin plus leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity in combination chemotherapy with hydroxycamptothecin plus leucovorin and 5 fluorouracil in advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Seventy two cases of advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group received a combined therapy of hydroxycamptothecin, leucovorin plus 5 fluorouracil and the control group received leucovorin plus 5 fluorouracil withou hydroxycamptothecin. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 52.8%, while the control group was 30.6% with significant difference ( P <0.05). The major toxic side effects in two groups were nausea, vomiting and leukopenia, but it was tolerable in most of patients. The toxic side effects in two groups were not different ( P >0.05). Conclusion The combination regimen with hydroxycamptothecin, leucovorin and 5 fluorouracil is safe and effective for advanced colorectal cancer.
