前路减压植骨内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病

目的探讨前路减压及椎间植骨融合钛板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的体会。方法采用ZePhir钛板内固定系统结合植骨融合治疗脊髓型颈椎病60例。结果60例脊髓型颈椎病患者，脊髓功能明显改善52例；术后6个月植骨融合率100％。无神经根和脊髓损伤发生，无植骨块脱出、骨不连及内固定折断、拔除等情况发生。结论应用颈前路减压、植骨、ZePhir钛板系统内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病，具有减压彻底、脊柱稳定性好、无需外固定等优点。

Treatment of Spinal Cervical Syndrome with Anterior Decompression and Internal Fixation with Bone Implantation

Objective To discuss the experience of treatment of spinal cervical syndrome with internal titanium plate fixation and anterior decompression and bone implantation.Methods 60 cases of such patient were underwent Zephir titanium plate internal fixation and bone implantation through anterior decompression.Results The spinal function had improved in 52 cases obviously.The confluence rate of implantation bone was 100% after 6 months.There was no nerve root and spinal injury,prolapse if implantation,ununion and failed internal fixation.Conclusion This method might have decompression complete,good spinal stability without external fixation.
