复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛68例

目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选择本院2010年5月～2011年5月收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者136例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组采用硝酸甘油治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.7%,对照组总有效率为86.8%,两组疗效比较,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。对照组不良反应发生率为13.2%,治疗组未见明显不良反应,两组不良反应比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床效果显著。

68 cases of elder angina pectoris in treatment with compound Danshen dripping pills

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of elder angina pectoris in treatment with compound Danshen dripping pills. Methods： Chose 136 cases with elder angina pectoris from May 2010 to May 2011, they were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills, the control group was treated with nitroglycerin, the clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.7%, the total effective rate of control group was 86.8%, the difference wasn＇t statistically significant, P〉0.05. Adverse reaction rate of control group was 13.2%, and there wasn＇t adverse reaction in treatment group, of which the treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical effect of elder angina pectoris in treatment with compound Danshen dripping pills is significant.
