| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硝苯地平控释片治疗腔隙性脑梗死合并高血压的临床疗效。方法：60例腔隙性脑梗死合并高血压患者给予硝苯地平控释片30～60mg,1次/d,治疗2周后采取自身对照比较治疗前后血压指标,评估其临床效果。结果：服药1周有效率为76.67%,服药2周总有效率为91.67%。结论：硝苯地平控释片治疗腔隙性脑梗死合并高血压患者,能有效控制血压,保护肾功能,能达到安全、平稳降压,从而有效控制由于血压而导致的脑梗死加重及再发。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Nifedipine controlled released tablets in treating with lacunar infarction combinated with hypertension. Methods： Sixty cases of lacunar infarction combinated with hypertension patients were given Nifedipine controlled released tablets 30-60 mg, once a day, then evaluated the clinical effect by observing the blood pressure changes before and after two weeks treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 76.67% after one week treatment and the number rose to 91.67% after two weeks treatment. Conclusion： Nifedipine controlled released tablets shows good performance in protecting kidney and antihypertensive effect, which can effectively control the intensive and recurrence of Cerebral Infarction because of hypertension. |
