191例反复发作性腹痛病因分析

目的：分析反复发作性腹痛的病因,为反复发作性腹痛的临床诊疗提供理论依据。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年3月本院收治的191例反复发作性腹痛患者的临床资料,对所有患者进行常规血、尿检查,胃镜检测,并对临床数据和实验数据进行分析总结。结果：器质性疾病引起的反复发作性腹痛占94.8%,通过胃镜检测发现173例患者患有浅表性胃炎,通过卡方检验可知胃黏膜炎症程度与Hp关系显著。肠病变引起的反复发作性腹痛为8例。结论：器质性疾病是引起反复发作性腹痛的主要原因。反复发作性腹痛病因复杂,针对不同情况对症下药,才能达到更好的治疗效果。

Analysis of recurrent abdominal pain cause in 191 cases

Objective： To analyse the cause of recurrent abdominal pain, recurrent abdominal pain for the clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a theoretical basis. Methods： Clinical data of 191 cases of patients with recurrent abdominal pain from January 2009 to March 2011 in our hospital were analyzed, routine blood, urine tests, endoscopy testing, and clinical data and experimental data were analyzed and summarized. Results： Organic diseases caused by recurrent abdomi- nal pain accounted for 94.8%, detected by endoscopy and 173 patients with superficial gastritis, gastric mucosal inflamma- tion through the test showed a significant relationship between the degrees of Hp. There were 8 cases recurrent attacked bellyache caused by digestive tract diseases. Conclusion： Organic diseases are the main reason caused by recurrent abdominal pain. Complex causes of recurrent abdominal pain, the right medicine for different situations, in order to achieve better therapeutic effect.
