外伤性肾损伤的诊断与治疗(附169例报告)

目的 总结外伤性肾损伤的诊断与治疗体会，提高肾损伤的诊治效果。方法 对169例外伤性肾损伤的诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果 169例肾损伤患者中，伴有合并伤73例。其中保守治疗141例，手术治疗28例，死亡2例，发生并发症3例。结论 CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。迅速而准确的伤情评估以及严格掌握手术治疗和非手术治疗指征是处理外伤性肾损伤的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment of renal trauma(report of 169 cases)

Objective To evaluate the management and diagnosis of 169 cases of renal trauma.Methods 169 cases of renal traumas were studied retrospectively.Results 73 cases of 169 were complicated by other organ injuries.141 cases were managed without surgical intervention,28 cases were treated by open operation,2 patients died of injury,3 patients had complications.Conclusions CT was effective means for the diagnosis of renal trauma.It was important for renal trauma to evaluate the extent of the injury quickly and accurately and to decide the treatment strategy,open surgery or not.
