| 摘 要： | 目的：调查潜水员的心理健康状史。并分析其与年龄，文化程度和独生子女的关系。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）对414名海军潜水员进行团体测验。结果：潜水员总体的9项因子分均低于常模，学员和潜水员之间无显著差异，均高于新兵，文化程度与除恐怖之外的8项因子，年龄与4项因子分（躯体化、焦虑、恐惧、精神病性）之间相关显著。心理健康水平与是否独生子女相关不显著。结论：潜水中心理健康状良好，受文化程度和年龄的影响较大。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate mental health of divers and its relationship with age, education and only-child. Methods Naval divers were tested in group with Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). Results Factor scores of SCL-90 of divers were all lower than the norm. There was no significant difference between the scores of divers and diver students, both were higher than those of recruits. Education correlated significantly with all factors except for phobic anxiety. Age correlated significantly with somatization, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychotism. There was no significant correlation between mental health and only-child. Conclusion Divers are good in mental health, which is affected by education and age. |
