陆英糖浆质量标准研究

摘    要:
目的建立陆英糖浆的质量标准。方法对陆英进行了薄层鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法测定糖浆中陆英的主要成分总黄酮的含量。结果陆英薄层色谱定性鉴别特征性强,重现性好;含量测定精密度、重现性良好,平均加样回收率为98.02%,RSD为0.73%。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a quality control standard of Sambucus chinesensis.Syrup Methods Sambucus chinesensis Syrup was identified by TLC.The content of the general flavones in the Sambucus chinesensis Syrup was determined by UV.Results The identification of Sambucus chinesensis Syrup by TLC was characteristic and repeatable.The method for content determination has good precision and repetition,the average rate of recovery was 98.02%,RSD was 0.73 %.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good repeatability.The method can be used for quality control of Sanbucus chinesensis.Syrup.
