健康相关的生活质量测量表在慢性呼吸系统疾病中的应用

目前，许多有效和可靠的慢性呼吸系统疾病健康相关生活质量（quality of life，QOL）测量表已在国外发展起来并应用于实际。由于量表能通过量化的方式多维度反映患者对疾病和医疗保健措施的主观体验，因而是传统临床试验测定结果的重要补充。它们的应用为临床试验的疗效评价、人群和患者健康状况评价、预防保健措施效果评价及资源配置、计划和决策的制定等方面提供了全面、有效的依据。本文从疾病影响因素、健康状况评估、药效评价和治疗技术效果分析等方面简要综述了国内外常用于慢性呼吸系统疾病QOL测定应用的情况，以下按病种一一介绍。

Application of health-related quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

At present,many useful and dependable measuring scales on the health-related quality of life(QOL) of the chronic respiratory disease have been developing abroad,and even used in practice.The measuring scale can reflect the patients' subjective experience of the disease and medical or health care measure through the way of quantification from several angles,so it is considered as an important supplement of the traditional clinical test.They are used in the evaluation of clinical curative effect,people's and patients' health status effect of precaution and health care measure,allocation and the calculation of resource, even decision-making,so on.And in all above,measuring scale provides overall and effective foundation.This article summarizes the condition of the scales which are used in determining QOL of the chronic respiratory disease,through the influencing factors of diseases,the estimation of health status and drug action,and effect of treatment technique.These will be introduced according to the entities one by one below.
