试论加强导师队伍建设对提高研究生培养质量的重要作用

加强导师队伍建设对提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。目前我国导师建设存在着导师队伍素质有待提高、导师量化考核体系不够科学、专业学位指导教师群体较少、导师动态评价机制不完善等问题。从制定科学合理的量化考核指标体系、遴选专业学位指导教师、加强导师培训等方面着手加强导师队伍建设，能够有效提高研究生培养质量。
