| 摘 要： | 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,肺癌转移是导致治疗失败甚至死亡的主要原因。本文概述了近年来中医药抗肺癌转移机制的实验进展情况,表明中医药可以从肺癌转移的多个环节如抑制原发瘤的生长,改变细胞的黏附性,抑制基底膜的降解,抑制肿瘤血管的形成,调节转移相关基因的表达等方面进行调控。并对当前存在的问题做了扼要分析。提示中药抗肺癌转移具有广阔的前景,值得更深入规范的研究。
