广西地区29900颗金属烤瓷修复体选色结果分析

目的：探讨Vita3D—Master比色板与人体牙冠颜色的适合性;方法：对29900颗金属烤瓷修复体的比色记录进行调查统计。采用计数资料的卡方检验进行统计学处理。分析金属烤瓷修复体颜色在Vita3D—MaSter26色比色板中的分布频率,比较性别对牙冠颜色选择的影响。结果：牙冠颜色分布主要集中在2L一2M一2R、3L一3M一3R两个区,占86．88％。其他颜色所占比例很少,其中特殊配色占1．04％。牙冠颜色与性别有密切关系,5个色调区间男女牙色的选择有非常显著差异,男性较女性选色较深。结论：Vita3D—Master26色比色板和Vita经典16色比色板相比颜色范围有所增宽,对于人体牙冠颜色来说更适合。

The investigation of color selection of 29900 cases with ceramic restorations in guang xi

Objective： To investigate find color coordinates of Vita 3D-Master color tabs and people＇s natural teeth in Guangxi. Methods： We studied 29900 ceramic restorations from guang xi and statistics. The categorical data was handled by using the chi-square test. Statistical analysis was made by comparing the effects of different gender via the crown color selection. Results： We found that 86.88% of the restorations were matched by 2L-2M-2R and 3L-3M-3R. The proportion of the other colors was small, including 1.04% were matched by special color combination. We found that the shade of natural teeth was closely related to sex. And there were significant difference on tooth color selection for men and women in these five sections and the color of ceramic crowns in men were darker than that in women. Conclusion： The color range of Vita 3D-Master shade guide is wider than Vita classical shade guide, as well as more suitable for the crown color date mination of people.
