摘    要:目的建立5μm高效液相色谱法同时测定甲硫氨酸维B1注射液中两组分的含量。方法用KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为1mmol/L的己烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用50%H3PO4溶液调节pH5.0)-甲醇(85∶15),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为228nm。结果甲硫氨酸和维生素B1分别在80~723μg/ml与8.4~75.6μg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998与0.9999),两者的平均回收率RSD分别为(99.3±0.5)%与(99.8±0.7)%(n=9)。结论此法快速简便,有较好的精密度和准确度。

Abstract:PurposeTo establish a method for simultaneous determination of methionine and Vitamin B_1 in injection by RP-HPLC.Methods10 μl of test solution was injected and separated on a Kromasil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with 1 mmol/L sodium hexanesulfonate (containing 0.2% TEA, adjusted to pH (5.0) with 50% phosphoric acid)-methanol (85∶15) as mobile phase and UV detection at 228 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.ResultsBoth methionine and Vitamin B_1 showed good linearity (r=0.999 8 and (0.999 9)) in the range of 80~723 μg/ml and 8.4~75.6 μg/ml respectively. The average recoveries were (99.3±(0.5))% and (99.8±0.7)%(n=9)respectively.ConclusionThis method was rapid, simple and accurate.
