固定正畸对青少年牙周状况影响的临床研究

目的：探讨固定正畸对青少年牙周健康的影响。方法：选择20例12-16岁错咬聒畸形青少年，分别于矫治前和矫治6个月对其进行临床牙周指标检查和龈下细菌的检测。结果：接受固定正畸治疗的青少年菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙龈探诊出血、龈沟出血指数和探诊深度显著增高，龈下菌群发生变化，G^-杆菌比例显著增加，G^＋细菌比例下降。结论：固定正畸治疗时。接受矫治的青少年牙周组织的健康受到影响，应引起足够重视，以期减少牙龈炎的发生和发展。

Effects of fixed orthodontic appliance on periodontal status of adolescents during orthodontic treatments

Objective ：To study the influence of fixed orthodontic appliances on periodontal status in adolescents.Methods：20 pa- tients aged 12-16 years with maloccusion were selected.Plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI）,bleeding on probing （BOP）, sulcular bleeding index（SBI）,probing depth（PD） and subgingival plaque were examined and compared,before the treatment and six months after placement of the orthodontic brackets and bands.Results：After the insertion of the orthodontic brackets and bands,the values of PLI, GI, BOP, SBI and PD were significantly increased.The subgingival plaque showed significantly shifts on the composition of bacteria, the percentage of Gram-negative bacilli increased ; contratrily, a decrease in Gram-positive bacteria was noted.Conclusion： Orthodontics with fixed appliance can affect the periodontal health.Therefore, reinforced oral hygiene measure would be helpful in reducing the risk of gingvitis.
