调剂工作模式探讨

目的 探讨医院调剂工作模式的转变。方法 综合分析门诊药房零距离调剂模式、住院药房单剂量发药与静脉药物配制中心的优势与不足。结果 调剂工作模式的转变，顺应了医院药学从药品供应调剂模式向以病人为中心的药学服务模式转变的要求，拓展了医院药学工作的服务内涵。结论 此模式有利于促进合理用药，提高医院药学服务水平，体现药师的社会价值，但新工作模式的开展，需要高素质的药学技术人员及国家政策的大力支持。

Approach the Dispening Pattern of Work

Objective Approach the transition of the dispensing pattern of work in hospital. Methods Analysis the superiority and insufficient in the zero distance dispensing mode of dispensary for outpatients and single dose dispensing in dispensary for inpatients and the prepare center of pharmacy intravenous admixture. Results The dispensing pattern of work comply with the change from the dispensing mode of medicine supply to the dispensing mode of pharmaceutical care to put patient into center,to expend the service connotation of hospital pharmacy work. Gonclusion The pattern in favour to promote rational use and to increase the level of pharmaceutical care in hospital and to embody the social value of pharmacist.The launch of new work mode need pharmacy technicist with high diathesis and the strongly support of nation policy.
