外伤性截瘫患者心理障碍原因调查

【目的】探讨外伤性截瘫患者心理障碍原因与干预对策。【方法】采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）及自设问卷，对103例外伤性截瘫病患者进行调查。【结果】调查对象中78例伴抑郁反应（75．7％），27例伴焦虑反应（26．2％）。主要原因有：担心治疗效果及是否能站立行走，担心医疗费用，担心成为家庭负担，担心婚姻能否维持，知识缺乏等。【结论】医护人员正确评估外伤性截瘫患者的心理状况并采取干预对策，对促进患者身心健康有积极意义。

Survey on the Causes of Psychological Disorder in Patients with Traumatic Paraplegia

[Objective] To explore the causes of psychological disorder in patients with traumatic paraplegia and intervention strategies. [Methods] A total of 103 cases of traumatic paraplegia were investigated by self rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-based questionnaire. [Results]The results showed that 78 patients had depressive reaction （75. 7%） and 27 patients had anxiety reaction （26.2%）. The main reasons were the fear for therapeutic efficacy, the possibility of standing walking, medi cal cost, worrying about to be family burden and the lasting marriage, and the lack of knowledge, etc. [Conclusion] Psychological status in patients with traumatic paraplegia should be properly evaluated and intervention measures should be taken for improving physical and mental health of patients.
