聚合物颈椎椎间融合器研究进展

摘    要:聚合物颈椎椎间融合器具有维持颈椎生理曲度和椎间隙高度、提供初始力学稳定性、促进椎体间融合的特点,在颈椎前路减压融合术中应用广泛。该文对常用聚合物颈椎椎间融合器(包括不可降解的聚醚醚酮、聚酰胺、聚乙烯、聚丙烯酸酯椎间融合器以及可降解的聚乳酸、氨基酸共聚物椎间融合器)的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Polymer cervical fusion cage has been widely used in anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion, due to its advantages of maintaining cervical physiological lordosis and intervertebral space height, providing intermediate stability and promoting intervertebral fusion effectively. In this paper, current researches of common polymer cervical interbody fusion cages were reviewed, including non-biodegradable cages made of polyetheretherketone, polyamide, polyethylene and polyacrylate, as well as biodegradable polylactic acid and amino acid copolymer cages.
