益肾化湿颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病30例

目的：探讨益肾化湿颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法：选取我院自2011年2月-2013年2月间门诊及住院的糖尿病肾病（Ⅲ期-1V期）患者60例分为治疗组和对照组各30例，2组均常规控制血糖、降血脂等相同的基础治疗。对照组口服厄贝沙坦150mg，1次/d；治疗组口服厄贝沙坦150mg，1次/d，并口服益肾化湿颗粒1Og，3次/d。2个月为一个疗程，共2个疗程。2组均检测治疗前后的血肌酐、血浆白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、24h尿蛋白定量。结果：2组在治疗2个疗程前后比较检测血肌酐、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血浆白蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量，结果均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但治疗组改善情况好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：益肾化湿颗粒联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病比单用厄贝沙坦疗效显著，可明显改善病情。

The Clinical Investigation of the Treatment of Tonifying Kidney and Resolving Dampness Particle Plus Irbesartan for Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective ： to investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of tonifying kidney and resolving dampness particle plus irbesar tan for diabetic nephropathy. Methods： to choose 60 diabetic nephropathy patients（Ⅲ - Ⅳ） of outpatient and hospitalization in Nan chang traditional Chinese and western medicine combining hospital from February,2011 to February, 2013. They were divided into two groups. Two groups were controled blood glucose and blood fat by basic treatment. Control group were treated with irbesartan 150mg, once a day,the treatment group were given irbesartan 150mg. twice a day plus tonifying kidney and resolving dampness particle 10g , third times a day, a course of two months, two courses in total. Twogroups were tested blood creatinine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, al bumin, 24hurine protein before and after treatment. Results： The result had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, the result ofthe treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of treatment of tonifying kidney and resolving dampness particle plus irbesartan for diabetic nephropathy is better than treatment of irbesartan only. The combination can relive the state of the illness.
