| 摘 要： | 目的：本文建立测定甲硝唑片的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用XDB柱，流动相为：甲醇-水（20：80）的反高效液相色谱系统。结果：甲硝唑在33．28—332．8ug范围内呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9999，平均回收率为99．8％。结论：本方法简便，准确，重复性好，可用于甲硝唑片含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Metronidazole in Metronidazole Tablets. METHODS： XDB column was used with methanol and water （20：80） as mobile phase . RESSULTS：There was a good linear relationship （ r=0. 9999）when Metronidazole was between33.2ug to332.8ug. The average recovery was99.8%. The method was simple and convenient, accurate and feasible. CONCLUSION：It could be used in thedetermination of Paracetamol in Fen An Jia Min Granules . |
