| 摘 要： | 艾滋病实名制在全国的实施,引起了激烈的争论。赞同者认为实名制有利于艾滋病人的治疗和社会的整体防护。反对者认为实名制会使感染者讳疾忌医,或导致艾滋病感染者的隐私泄露。只有严格的隐私保护措施的实行,才能保证艾滋病实名制的顺利实施。 |

| Abstract: | It caused enormous controversy that the real-name system for ADIS opened successfully in the whole nation.The approver argues that it is in favor of AIDS treatment and the overall social protection.The opponents argue that it sends the infected persons’ fearing,or leads to discovering AIDS privacy.Only strict measures of privacy protection implemented,the real-name system for AIDS would be ensure smooth implementation. |
