膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻整形术中的应用

目的 探讨应用膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻整形中应用价值.方法 局部麻醉下应用膨体聚四氟乙烯假体或复合自体耳甲腔软骨进行隆鼻手术.结果 本组20例患者术后随访鼻外形均良好,无免疫排斥反应、假体外露、假体摆动等情况发生.结论 膨体聚四氟乙烯在鼻整形中效果良好;假体复合自体耳甲腔软骨能有效延长鼻长度,抬高鼻尖.

Application of Expanded Polytetrafluethlene in Rhinoplasty

Objective To investigate the value of expanded polytetrafluethlene in rhinoplasty. Methods Under local anesthesia, the augmentation rhinoplasty was carried out with expanded polytetrafluethlene or combined with self cartilage from cavum conchalis. Results Satisfactory results were achieved in all of the 20 cases for augmentation rhinoplasty. There was no complications happened such as immunologic reaction, exposure or swing of the implants during follow-up. Conclusions Expanded polytetrafluethlene servers as a good implant in augmentation rhinoplasty. Conbined with self cartilage,it can effectively prolong the nose and drive up the nasal tip.
